Aplicação de Testes Padronizados

Esta fase consiste em uma entrevista inicial com o paciente e, quando apropriado, com seus familiares, com o intuito de coletar informações sobre a história clínica, comportamental e emocional do indivíduo.

Esta fase envolve a utilização de uma bateria de testes específicos que avaliam diversas funções cognitivas, como memória, coordenação motora, habilidades de comunicação verbal, atenção e funções executivas, entre outras.

Após a aplicação dos testes, é realizada uma reunião com o paciente e/ou seus familiares para apresentar e discutir os resultados obtidos, destacando as implicações e possíveis intervenções.
